Terms and refunds

Short version: painting on the tray is free. Coins pay for AI paintings. They’re a one-time purchase, never a subscription. If you change your mind about a pack you haven’t used, you get your money back.

Who runs this

Ebru Studio (ebru.studio) is made and run by Meriç Dağlı, an individual in the United States. For anything at all, write to meric@ebru.studio. A person reads every message, usually within a day or two.

What’s free

The tray, the tools, the palettes and the demonstrations are free, with no account. A new browser gets one free AI painting. Signing in gives you 10 coins, once per person, and every week a signed-in account is topped back up to 10 coins.

Coins

• Coins are sold in packs: 50 coins for $2.99, 150 for $6.99 and 400 for $14.99 (or the € and ₺ prices shown in the studio).
• An AI painting costs 1 to 12 coins, depending on the kind you pick. The studio shows the cost before you start.
• If a painting doesn’t work out, the coins come back on their own.
• Coins don’t expire. They belong to your account and can’t be moved to another account or turned back into money, except through a refund below.
• Nothing renews or charges you again. Each pack is paid once.

Inviting friends

Signed in, you can share your invite link from the coins menu. When a friend who’s new to Ebru Studio signs in through it and finishes their first AI painting, you both get 10 coins. It counts for up to 20 friends. It doesn’t count for a second account of your own, or for someone on the same network or browser as you, and invite coins can be taken back if the invites were faked. Like other coins, they can’t be refunded or swapped for money.

Paying

Payments go through Stripe, which is the seller of record: it takes the payment, adds or includes tax where it applies, and sends the receipt. Prices in € and ₺ include tax; in $, tax may be added at checkout. Your receipts are in the studio under your account, in Purchases. Coins arrive as soon as the payment goes through.

Refunds

• Changed your mind? Write to meric@ebru.studio within 14 days of buying a pack. If you haven’t used any of its coins, you get the full amount back.
• If you’ve used some, we refund the part you haven’t used.
• If something went wrong (you were charged twice, the coins never arrived, the studio didn’t work for you), write any time and we’ll put it right.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with. It usually takes 5 to 10 days to show. When a pack is refunded, its coins leave your account.

None of this takes away rights you have under the law where you live.

Using the studio

Ebru Studio is for everyone, kids too. Please don’t use it to make anything hateful, sexual, violent, or that breaks the law or someone else’s rights. What you type is checked before the AI paints,, and if someone keeps trying, AI painting pauses until the next day.

Your paintings

What you paint is yours to keep, share and use as you like. We only store it to save it to your account, and to show it to whoever has the link if you share it. The AI paintings are made by AI models and may look like someone else’s by chance, so check before using one somewhere it matters.

If things change

The studio is a small project, and parts of it will change. If we ever stop selling coins or close the studio, you can ask for a refund of any coins you bought and haven’t used. If these terms change, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
